Land Development

We were blessed to find and purchase a forested hilltop south of Eugene, OR. The property had no infrastructure and was covered with mature low elevation hybrid fir trees. Once we confirmed these were a non-native species and were dying off in most of western Oregon, it was an easy decision to harvest many of the trees and make space for our new home. A 500 foot deep well was drilled, providing plenty of water. An underground electric supply and 300 AMP transformer installed by Lane Electric completed the utility infrastructure. A road was cut in and rocked and the logging project started.
