The Build

It took 3 design/engineering teams to finally complete 'Permit Ready' plan sets. Doing something new takes a lot of time and energy, it turns out. Once permits were in hand, the frames delivered and set up and the build began. Excavation started in September of 2020 and our Certificate of Occupancy issued in January of 2022.
